Advice to beginners
To complete one of the regular running sessions you need to be able to run continuously for one hour.
A good idea is to join the walking group (they are very fast) and jog/walk with them for a few sessions.
Additionally you can follow a training schedule to improve your endurance.
We suggest one of the following schedules:
1 Get-Started Schedule – Beginners
or for accelerated progress
2 Get-Started Schedule – Midrange
If you want to take up jogging but don't feel confident to join one of our regular training runs and can't get motivated to get through a Get-Started schedule on your own, contact us and we will try to get a starters group organised from TRFC. Email:- firstname.lastname@example.org
